Whenever I get to the east coast I always seem to find plenty of opportunities for great locations for photography. I end up getting some great shots. I lived in New Brunswick from 1965 to 1982 and have always considered it my home town. Hopefully you will find some shots here you like. The fishing fleet heads out for a day of fishing. A fishing trawler heading out into the North Atlantic from St. John's Nfld. I wouldn't want to have to earn a living that way, but someone has to do it. The city of St. John's has so many brightly painted houses. With the long winters and isolated location it is a cheerful community. But they are losing their culture as many owners are opting for the maintenance free siding which have such dull colours. This is as a result of all 84 hands tragically being lost on the Ocean Ranger Platorm on Feb 15, 1984.
